OUR NEWEST PROGRAM
Upgrade offers 5 types of programs that can be customizable to fit each school’s individual needs. The Assembly Program is a large group setting typically conducted with entire grades or the entire school and is usually completed in one day through inspirational teaching and multi-media presentations. The Classroom Program utilizes the same content, inspirational teaching, and multi-media presentations but is conducted in small group settings in individual classes. The Classroom Program often takes several days to be conducted. The Parent Programs are information and awareness programs that inform parents of Upgrades' involvement in the school as well as provide parents with practical steps and resources to for their own children. The Student Club and Coaching Program is a program that runs weekly where student leaders are coached and mentored by Upgrade to start school clubs and continue to reach school administration’s goals. The School Administration Consulting Program is a program that works hand-in-hand with the school administration to provide workshops, one-to-one consulting with teachers, consulting availability from e-mail, phone, and video conferences, and more. The School Administration Consulting Program traditionally offices weekly to monthly and remains in effect semester to semester.

Assembly Program

- Usually held in classrooms, library, gym, cafeteria, or auditorium
- Typically done in one evening
- Ongoing parent & student coaching is made available

- Typically conducted one day a week
- Open to the student body and core teams
- Duration runs from semester to semester
School Administration Consulting Programs
